- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of 50% of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that for bookings made for the month of December, a no-refund policy will apply for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. This means that cancellations made at any time during December—whether 14 days, 7-14 days, or within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date—will not be eligible for a refund. This policy applies to all reservations with an arrival date between December 1st and December 31st. We encourage guests to carefully consider their travel plans during this period, as the cancellation and refund terms will not be flexible.

Advance payments made for any promotional package, discounted deal, or special offer are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Additionally, once dates are confirmed and the booking is secured, no modifications to the check-in or check-out dates will be permitted. Guests are advised to finalize their travel plans before making the payment.
Refunds:
- Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the booking process.
Modification Requests:
- Guests can request modifications to their reservation, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
- Modification requests must be made at least 4 days prior to the check-in date.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure situations (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations), Molly’s Hostel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations as necessary. In such cases, guests will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
