Reservation Policy
- Guests are required to make an advance payment to secure their reservation.
- The advance payment must be made no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- Failure to make the advance payment within this specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Room Allocation
If you are traveling in a group of three or four people, please understand that we cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dormitory room. We will make every effort to ensure you are assigned rooms in close proximity, but exact arrangements are subject to availability.
Accommodation Recommendation:
While we welcome families, it’s important to note that the culture and atmosphere of a hostel may differ significantly from traditional accommodations. The dynamic and communal nature of hostels may be better suited to solo travelers and young backpackers. Families seeking a more tailored experience are encouraged to explore other accommodation options.
Smoking Policy:
- Molly’s Hostel is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Hostel premises, including the rooms and common areas.
- Designated smoking areas are available in the garden space. Guests may smoke in the designated smoking area while being mindful of other guests and disposing of cigarette butts responsibly.
Noise Policy:
Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours designated by the Hostel. Respect the peaceful environment and refrain from causing disturbances that may disrupt other guests’ stay.
Visitors Policy:
- Only registered guests are allowed inside the Homestay premises. For security reasons, visitors are not permitted in the rooms. Visitors may be allowed in designated common areas upon approval from the Homestay management.
Damage and Loss:
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss caused to the Hostel property or its belongings during their stay. Charges for damages or missing items may be applied to the guest’s account.
Valuables:
- Molly’s Hostel provides lockers or secure storage options at an additional cost for guests to store their valuables. Guests are advised to use these facilities to safeguard their belongings. The Hostel is not liable for any loss or damage to guests’ personal property.
Lost and Found
Any items found on the hostel premises should be turned in to the front desk. Guests who have lost belongings can inquire about them at the front desk as well.
Code of Conduct:
Guests are expected to adhere to a respectful and friendly code of conduct during their stay. Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or violates the rights of other guests or staff members will not be tolerated.
Internet Usage
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for guests’ use. However, please refrain from any illegal or unethical online activities while connected to Molly’s Hostel network.
Pets
- If you plan to bring a pet, please inform us in advance during the booking process or by contacting the Homestay directly.
- We have specific guidelines and restrictions regarding pets in our Homestay, and approval will be granted based on the nature, size, and behavior of the pet.
- Additional charges or a pet deposit may apply.
Environmental Consciousness
We encourage guests to be environmentally conscious and help us in conserving resources. Please be mindful of your water and energy consumption and participate in recycling programs implemented at the Homestay.
Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hostel property or its amenities during their stay. The hostel reserves the right to charge guests for repairs or replacements resulting from willful damage or negligence.
